During Summer 2024, I helped Team USA launch their *first-ever* CRM email campaign. Did you know that most of our athletes have to fund their own trips to the Olympic Games? Who knew? Not me. That’s the problem.


That’s why Team USA set up donations for anyone to help proudly fan-fund their favorite athlete to The Games. In order to get the good word out there, we needed a communication and storytelling that would drive incentive for people to want to donate. Through athlete spotlights, interactive trivia, and dynamic content, we were able to not only drive education on donations but create deeper connections with our athletes.


And the crowd goes wild.
